Research On The Facility System Design Of Shan Shui Yao Cheng Intelligent Scenic Spot From The Perspective Of "User Experience"

The sustained economic growth and the rapid development of transportation have brought unprecedented prosperity to the scenic spots.While constantly expanding and updating its own contents and facilities,the scenic spot ignores the impact of its own cultural attributes on tourists--blindly referring to the design of foreign scenic spots,using mass and homogeneous public facilities gradually weakens the significance of the scenic spot to experience regional culture and services.Scenic spot facilities are the direct media for tourists to interact with the scenic spot,and also the direct embodiment of the scenic spot culture.The facilities of scenic spots serve tourists,and they should be systematically designed to enhance the soft power of culture on the basis of improving user experience and integrating regional culture.Scenic spot facilities exist to provide services for tourists.Therefore,from the perspective of user experience,this paper conducts a field survey on ShanShui Yao city in JinXiu county,a national scenic spot,and makes an in-depth study of local public facilities and classification.At the same time,interview and study were conducted with the non-genetic inheritors of local Yao culture to record the representative cultural representations.In addition,I visited relevant leaders and leaders of the local Minzong committee and tourism bureau to have a detailed understanding of the development process,planning focus and future expectation of ShanShui Yao city scenic spot,which laid a good foundation for the later design and implementation.This paper first focuses on the strategic factors,scope factors,structural factors,framework factors and performance factors of user experience,and analyzes the importance of user experience to industrial design.Secondly,it systematically summarizes the scenic spot facilities and integrates the intelligent design into the products of the scenic spot.Then it analyzes the current situation of the scenic facilities of shanshui Yao city and enumerates the shortcomings,and expounds the Yao culture.Finally,according to the factors that affect the user experience,this paper systematically designs the facilities of shanshui Yao city,and divides them into five systems: travel system,rest system,lighting system,guiding system and health system.By enhancing the user experience design so as to increase the tourists’ satisfaction,introducing intelligent equipment upgrade scenic spot,abstract extraction of regional cultural symbols and according to the semantic hierarchy in the targeted application of corresponding the resort facilities in the scenic area spirit connotation and cultural extension,to improve the landscape Yao city tourist experience and cultural influence,the purpose of this design paradigm also can provide reference for other scenic spot to establish differential competition advantages.
