Research On Quality Control Of Pile Foundation Inspection

Pile foundation construction has become an important part of high-rise building construction,and its construction quality will directly affect the structural safety of the building.At the same time,pile foundation is a kind of Engineering with complex construction technology,close connection of technological process and strong concealment.In most cases,only by means of pile foundation testing can the safety and reliability of foundation be tested,and the engineering quality and defects of pile foundation are found.Pile foundation testing industry started late in our country,the threshold for entry is low,and there are many illegal behaviors in the industry.Many testing institutions lack of a perfect quality control system for pile foundation testing,and the on-site testing operation supervision is not in place,resulting in the test process out of control.With the increasing number of engineering testing institutions in the whole country,the quality control of pile foundation testing has become an urgent problem to be solved.How to make the testing industry develop in a healthy direction and improve the overall quality of pile foundation testing has also become a research topic for many scholars.However,there is still a lack of attention in the research of PDCA cycle combined with the quality control of pile foundation testing.This paper takes the quality control of pile foundation testing as the research object,and summarizes the ten factors that affect the quality of pile foundation testing through the method of expert investigation and related literature.According to the theory of multiple effect,the level of multiple effect produced by each factor is determined,and PDCA cycle and quality control points are established to control multiple effect factors and multiple effect.This paper demonstrates the feasibility of PDCA cycle theory in the quality control of pile foundation testing,establishes the PDCA cycle quality control system and quality control system based on the factor of double effect,and combines the theoretical system with the control system,so that the theoretical system can be well implemented in the actual application.Finally,taking the pile foundation detection of X real estate project as an example,the paper controls the pre-,in-and post event multiple effect factors and multiple effect effects in the actual pile foundation detection project through the theoretical system and control system,and verifies the superiority and operability of the theoretical system and control system in practice.
