Research On The Architectural Design Trend Of The Contemporary Banking Office

With the development of the times,people's business forms in the banking offices have changed gradually.At present,there are many individual banking offices with innovative development,but in the face of a huge number of banking offices serving people,how to promote the modern banking offices is lack of theoretical arrangement and summary.Based on this,this paper takes the contemporary banking office as the research object to explore the architectural design trend of the contemporary banking office.First of all,based on the field survey of the current situation of the banking office,this paper makes statistics,comparison and analysis of the internal functions,organizations and areas of the banking office,and further understands the main contents of the current changes of the banking office through analysis.Then through the way of questionnaire,get the needs of customers and staff in the banking hall.Finally,through the current situation of research and customer demand summed up the four problems of the contemporary banking office.Secondly,through the interpretation and analysis of five cases of excellent banking offices at home and abroad,we understand the characteristics of different types of banking offices.This paper comprehensively introduces and analyzes the reasonable functional layout,appropriate streamline organization,characteristic building space,advanced intelligent level,warm customer experience and unique cultural characteristics in the actual cases,and provides effective theoretical support for the types of architectural design of the banking office through excellent practical cases.Thirdly,based on the field research and analysis of the problems and the customer needs of the questionnaire,coupled with the analysis and interpretation of excellent cases,this paper summarizes the trend of functional modularity,layout standardization,"Bank +" function enrichment,intelligence and aging in the architectural design of the banking office from the two perspectives of new building design type and reconstruction building design type.And through field research and interpretation of classic cases,the specific content of the relevant trends is described.Finally,based on the architectural design practice project of Changfeng rural commercial bank's business office,the paper introduces the specific content of changing the business office of the bank through the description of the design background,the relationship between functions and the architectural design method of the project.In addition,the paper makes a comparative analysis between the new bank business hall and the traditional bank business hall,and further demonstrates the architectural design trend of the new type of bank business hall.Through literature research,field research,questionnaire survey and personnel visit,the paper understands the current situation and shortcomings of the contemporary banking office,further needs of customers and staff for the banking office,and finally summarizes the architectural design trend of the contemporary banking office through excellent case study,and on the basis of the third set of architectural design data set Finally,based on the research of this paper,some suggestions are put forward for the Banking Office of dataset.
