| Office space is one of the centers of modern's life. An excellent designed office space can keep the good balance of body and spirit, promote the work to be exchanged, create larger wealth for society. It is the development of information technology that has created profound impacts on the life and work style. Computer, network and mobile telephone will be replace man power in many aspects of work execution, which brings out a new challenge for the office design in future that meets the demand for a new working environment. For complying with the change and direct the office design in the future, thesis make some discussions on relevant theory and practical application of the office design in the future.At first, thesis put in order the history of office space in terms of the change of the life form, social development and change of working way, have described especially that office space in modern official space in industrial society and Hi-Tech office space of information age.Immediately after, based one the result of various case studies, thesis describes current situation of office space and analyze advantage and disadvantage about working place according to positive and negative two respects.Then, thesis summarizes three major key elements that influence to the design of office space, the relation of people, the relation between people and machine, the relation between people and environment.Article put forwards trend of office space in the future and emphasize in humanization and ecology design.Last, the paper considers the design process, based on two kinds of important factors, human factors and Ecotype designing, and analyses the CIS of the office space, layout in office space and the atmosphere of the space respectively. Then a related conclusion is drawn, and the novel thought and methods of designing of office space in the future are given. Design with such concept can improve effectively the environment of offices, and reflect the concerning for the human nature.
