Research On Design Of The Office Building Located On Yaoxian Road Of Nanjing Ganghua Gas Company

The paper revolves round the design of the office building located on Yaoxian Road of Nanjing ganghua gas company.The office building design project lies in a particular urban environment.There are The sightseeing landscape of Ming Dynasty city wall,and Mountain Xiaomiaoshan,Mountain Jubaoshan around the site.On urban planning,the area takes history and culture as the planning theme, focusing on the maintenance of the ecological environment, emphasis on leisure, creative new vigor.In the project design, the emphasis is the organic combination of local traditional architecture culture and the modern office building,and also coexistence with the local environment, climate and the surrounding environment.In the study, based on the peripheral urban environment and the special site shape the site plan is researched, the architectural composition, outdoor venues, transportation organization and greening are investigated respectively.In the study of building design,function division and traffic flow are arranged on the premise that the building meets the demand of modern social life.On the other hand,the space form, architectural image,ecological strategies and landscape design of the building inherit from the local traditional architecture culture.Besides,low-tech ecological strategies in the local traditional architecture are adopted to improve the comfortableness of the building.The paper is in order to solve the certain problems of a project practice.It tries to place the traditional architectural culture connotation in a modern office building, and is an attempt to a combination of varieties of architectural techniques combination.The study may also inspires the design of modern office buildings, and hopes to promote the diversified development of modern architecture design.
