Disease Analysis And Treatment Technology Of Rural Buildings In Northern Yan'an

Yan 'an is located in the middle reaches of the Yellow River and the inland region of the central and southern loess plateau.Due to the special geological environment,architectural structure and backward economic development level,most of the rural buildings in this area are traditional cave dwellings and low-storey buildings,and building diseases and disasters occur from time to time.In view of this kind of construction engineering diseases,this paper,through practical investigation,theoretical analysis and engineering practice,studies the classification,safety identification,disaster causes and prevention measures of rural buildings in the north of yan 'an.The main work content and research results are described as follows.In Yan 'an northern mountainous countryside building disease field investigation,based on the results of the survey will be rural disease building into cave dwelling buildings,low-rise building(1-2)and multi-story buildings(3-6),considering the construction program,landform features,geotechnical engineering geological environment,foundation conditions,water environment,usage and other factors,the comprehensive analysis of the three kinds of main-formative factors and mechanism of the different building disease,reveals the caused by special terrain conditions under the effect of rainfall intensity of soil degradation,the cave of hole overall deformation or damage to the body;Due to the uneven settlement caused by the flooding of ground foundation or foundation,the cracks of non-cave dwelling will affect the safe living.Combined with engineering examples,the prevention and control measures of building disease in rural areas in the northern area of yan 'an were studied.According to the management principle of building type and prevention,prevention and control were combined.Based on the theoretical analysis and research of structural performance under different disaster factors,the paper puts forward a series of effective measures,such as vertical ventilation of kiln shaft,drainage of indoor blind ditch,modification of indoor and outdoor land surface and so on.The risk identification method of raw soil cave dwelling is put forward.
