Research On Optimization Of Layout Of Supporting Commercial Service Facilities In Lanzhou New District

With the rapid development of new district construction and the continuous expansion of residential land,the practical problems of residential district construction have become increasingly apparent.The construction of reasonable supporting service facilities in the settlement can improve the quality of life in the settlement,attract a large number of people,and add vitality to the new district.Among them,the supporting commercial service facilities in residential areas are territorial businesses closely related to the daily consumption of residents.The fundamental role of the construction is to protect the basic survival and development rights of the residents.The core purpose is to be people-oriented and based on the actual needs of people.To this end,from a bottom-up perspective,this article draws on the experience and theories in relevant research to explore the layout ideas and analysis methods of supporting commercial service facilities in residential areas.First of all,this paper reviews the domestic and foreign research progress of residential supporting commercial service facilities and residents’ daily life consumption behavior and life circle planning,and explores the supporting layout of residential commercial service facilities based on the new planning concept and social transformation demand trend.Secondly,according to the actual construction situation of Lanzhou New Area,based on the classification and spatial distribution characteristics of the current commercial service facilities,the actual supply rate of supporting commercial service facilities in the residential area is evaluated.By selecting typical residential areas,the layout characteristics of supporting commercial service facilities are analyzed respectively,and the status quo of supporting commercial service facilities in the new area is concluded At.Then,by investigating the characteristics of daily life consumption behavior and demand preference of typical residential residents,including average travel distance,facility use frequency,travel mode selection,facility type demand preference,satisfaction evaluation and influencing factors,it will be associated with the spatial supply characteristics of supporting commercial service facilities in residential areas,including commercial type and residential facility demand The results show that there are significant differences between the actual supply level of supporting commercial service facilities in residential areas and the residents’ demand,revealing three factors that affect the residents’ daily life consumption demand,and then the supporting commercial service facilities space in residential areas Analyze the key points of layout.Finally,based on the above analysis,it puts forward optimization suggestions for the layout of supporting commercial service facilities in the existing residential areas,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the planning and layout of supporting commercial service facilities in the future.
