With the deep integration of the Internet and the manufacturing industry,the sharing factory as the carrier of the manufacturing industry sharing economy has gradually developed.Manufacturing enterprises digitize and online their manufacturing resources,share technology,equipment and services with the society,and share factories with new functions and spatial characteristics.At the same time,in the aspect of construction,a series of intelligent construction technologies,such as 3D modeling and simulation analysis,factory prefabrication and digital assembly,are leading the reform of design and construction.How to use the relevant theories of intelligent construction to solve the problems of shared factory functions and even space design of buildings is a research direction worthy of attention.This paper mainly uses literature analysis,case study and analysis,interdisciplinary,design practice and other methods to study the topic.In the early stage,a large number of literature on the industrial model of shared factories were collected and consulted,and in-depth field research was conducted on some cases.Relevant practitioners were interviewed to collect detailed information on the functional requirements and spatial characteristics of shared factories,so as to find and build intelligent buildings Make the point of agreement of theory.The specific research context is to study the shared factory itself from the perspective of development process,analyze the causes and basis of its development in technology,economy,society,culture and other aspects,and summarize the basic characteristics of the shared factory.Then return to architecture,mainly from the working mode,process flow,crowd characteristics and other aspects to study the factors that affect the design of shared factory.Combined with the theory and technology of intelligent construction,this paper discusses how to better meet the requirements of shared factory research and development and production of building space,such as assembly technology to better realize modular design and effectively respond to the demand of shared factory elastic space.Finally,the paper combines the industrial model,population characteristics and the available intelligent construction theory of shared factory to get the overall theoretical context.Then,through the conceptual design of Beijing Fengtai Jinggong Innovation Park,this paper deduces and demonstrates the research theory of this paper,and summarizes several cores of the space design of shared factory buildings,and draws the design strategies,namely,highly integrated production space,the application of assembly modular intelligent construction system,flexible and variable space state,open and shared space environment,and communication activities Encouragement,free and flexible atmosphere,etc.The innovation of this paper is to combine the design of shared factory building with the theory of intelligent building.Through the research on the space design of shared factory building,it draws the attention of the construction field,provides some guidance and reference for the practice of shared factory,and standardizes the construction of shared factory today.However,due to the limited experience,the application scope of this study is mainly the shared factory based on scientific research and innovation,and the focus is on the internal space design.I hope that in the future,the application of intelligent construction in the design of shared factory can be studied more comprehensively.
