innovation and growth.The main carrier of innovation activities is the innovation space scattered in the city.Compared with the centralized innovation space built in the city center,the park type innovation space is more widely distributed and the scale is larger.As the main carrier for carrying the innovation activities,the innovation space of the park type is to lead the independent innovation ability of China.The important platform for upgrading is also the only way for the upgrading and transformation of the park and the integration of the city and the city.At the same time,with a large number of talented people gathered in the innovation space of the park,exploring the innovative space construction model which is in line with the needs of human beings has become an important research topic.The purpose of this paper is to integrate the theory of humanism development and innovation field,and explore the basic principles and model methods to support the innovation driven development of the park type innovation space from the perspective of human needs.This paper systematically combed the course and model of the development of international innovation space,based on humanism planning concept,through the investigation and interview and comprehensive analysis of Nanjing Zijin Jiangning co creation community,many problems of the park type innovation space construction model were summed up.The system summarizes the requirements and characteristics of the transformation of innovation space from 1 construction mode to 2 construction mode.Secondly,the article combs the role and dynamic mechanism of park construction from the perspective of humanism,which includes both exogenous and endogenous driving forces.The transformation of human needs is the internal driving force of innovation space 2.The "human" is the demand side of the innovation space construction of the park type.Under the humanism planning idea,the human needs have been transformed.The main use of the innovation space is the creative talents,which has changed correspondingly in the demand of facilities,the demands of governance and the appeal of the atmosphere.Secondly,the government is the maker and manager of the planning.With the change of the government role and the improvement of the governance capacity,the single model of the construction of the park has been transformed by the government,and the government plays the leading role,and the social capital is the auxiliary of the government.Thus,the form of innovation oriented space construction is formed from the perspective of "top-down"and "bottom-up".After analyzing the main body of the creative space construction from the human perspective,the paper deduces the mechanism of the innovation space construction of the park type from two aspects of "supply-demand" and "subjective-objective".Then,based on the questionnaire issued by the Zijin Jiangning community,combined with the comprehensive deduction of the innovation field theory,the ideal development mode of the park type innovation space is derived.(1)the ideal development model of the concept:the construction of an innovative space network composed of multiple levels and multiple types of innovation sources-Innovation Center-innovation Sub Center-accidental innovation point.(2)the idealized ideal development model:a number of specialized innovation space units formed around the center of the park innovation space for the development of the leisure area,and present a group layout.Each industrial production innovation unit is composed of R&D-production complex,R&D-pilot complex,business incubator Park,enterprise sharing center,ecological leisure unit,differential housing,and each unit has a single suit supporting facilities,and the 15 minute community life circle is constructed and the land is mixed efficiently.Finally,based on the theory of innovation field,specific policy recommendations are given from two aspects:space construction and governance innovation.In the space construction,the space group should be promoted to ensure the high accessibility of the life service;the use of land use is mixed to maintain the efficient output mechanism of the park;the space construction is networked,the space is promoted,the atmosphere of the park is community-based,and the park’s wisdom is convenient.In the aspects of innovation and innovation,the system of talent management is established to facilitate the two-way circulation of talents among the innovative subjects;to establish a guarantee housing system based on the REITS as the core of the public rental housing,to provide a guarantee for the diversified residential needs of the innovative talents in the park;to develop a new investment and financing model,to change the government’s one-way money for the market to adjust independently,and to establish a more government.Adding diversified financing mechanisms and
