With the increase in car ownership,urban road traffic is increasingly congested,and one of the reasons for traffic congestion is uneven distribution of traffic between different time and different traffic areas.How to analyze the causes of traffic congestion and relieve congestion based on traffic flow data is one of the current research hotspots.The existing algorithms mostly evaluate the traffic network topology,performance,entropy,etc.Most of the various methods are aimed at specific traffic network conditions and do not have universal applicability.They lack comprehensive consideration of the overall network structure and balance.In this regard,this paper proposes an algorithm for the importance of road segments in urban transport networks that considers structural balance,and evaluates the importance of road segments from both inter-district and intra-district.This paper considers the factors of network performance,topology,and equilibrium to identify important road segments,and performs critical verification of important road segments obtained by other methods.Secondly,the traditional road segment importance evaluation method all judges the importance of a road segment by deleting it,it is judged according to the degree of influence on the overall road network after deleting the road segment.This method itself has destroyed the topology of the overall network.This article believes that the most effective way to reflect the importance of a road segment is to keep the original road network structure unchanged.Therefore,in this paper,the importance of road segments is obtained by constructing multiple influence matrices without destroying the network structure,and the individual network of road segments is constructed in conjunction with the penetration theory to verify the importance.The method in this paper can comprehensively analyze the important segments of the urban road traffic network based on traffic flow data and road network structure.Based on the traffic congestion transfer characteristics,simulation experiments are conducted on the congestion mitigation of important road segments and the importance of the road segments is verified.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)An algorithm for dividing the connecting roads between district is proposed.According to the performance and equilibrium of the partition,the influence of the connecting road segment is measured,and the importance of the connecting road segment and the division method of the connecting road segment between the partitions are obtained.(2)Propose an important road segment algorithm based on road network equilibrium and efficiency.In consideration of the characteristics of the road network structure,the influence matrix is calculated using the performance and equilibrium entropy method,and then the multiple influence matrix of importance is obtained by the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,calculate and rank the importance of each road segment.(3)Based on the real traffic network and real data for importance verification,a new verification method for important road segments based on traffic flow characteristics and penetration theory is proposed.Through real data,using different importance evaluation methods to find their important road segments.Construct individual networks based on important road segments,and verify the importance of road segments by changing the speed of individual network segments.Experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively judge the important segments of the traffic network,it effectively draws important road segments considering performance,road network structure and balance.Compared with other important road segment identification methods that only consider performance or road network structure,this method improves the efficiency and accuracy of important road segment identification.
