Research On The Evolution Of Landscape Design Style Of Residential Real Estate With Chinese Characteristics

The continuous advance of urbanization is gradually changing the territory of human settlements in China,and the real estate,as one of the pillar industries of China's national economic development,is playing a crucial role.The real estate construction has been developed for nearly 30 years,and the closely related real estate landscape has also experienced a series of development stages.From the extensive development of blindly absorbing foreign cultures,to the return of traditional culture,facing the Chinese people 's native living culture,then to the present gradually mature and rational,and the selective selection and sublation of Chinese characteristics.The landscape style of residential real estate with Chinese characteristics is receiving more and more attention.As an important part of real estate real estate,it is of great significance to enhance cultural self-confidence and increase residents' happiness.In recent years,real estate enterprises and related design companies have practiced creating localized residential landscape environments.Real estate projects are spread all over the country,and the results are promoted and publicized through the Internet and a large number of project books.However,theoretical research has lagged behind,and most of the results are still introduced from a single perspective in the form of individual cases.The author conducts research and analysis on related projects in major first-tier and new first-tier cities nationwide.From a diachronic point of view,the evolution of real estate landscape styles and design ideas in the development process is sorted out,and a large number of fragmented information is integrated and systematized.The whole paper consists of seven chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background and origin,clearly defines the research object,time and space,summarizes the current status and deficiencies of research at home and abroad,and clarifies the research objectives and significance,thus establishing the research framework of this paper.The second chapter mainly sorts out the background of residential real estate landscape development and the causes of "Chinese characteristics",and on this basis divides the development stage into three stages.Chapters 3 to 5 are parallel chapters,sorting out the epochal background at different stages of development and digging into its characteristics and causes,dynamically presenting the type evolution of the landscape design style of residential real estate with Chinese characteristics,and conduct in-depth analysis of landscape design ideas and common features on the aspects of positioning,space,modeling,decoration,and materials.Chapter 6 summarizes the problems existing in the development process of real estate landscape with Chinese characteristics and discusses the future direction.In the end,this paper summarizes the main conclusions and deficiencies,and provides references for the sustainable development of residential real estate landscape with Chinese characteristics.
