In recent years,the global economic growth has slowed down,the Sino-U.S.Trade war has been strengthened,and the competition pressure in the surrounding areas has increased,which have led to the slowdown in the freight growth of Zhengzhou airport.In order to improve the current situation of weak freight growth,Zhengzhou Airport innovates the freight development mode,taking freight air-to-air transfer business as a new breakthrough point.The freight air-to-air transfer process determines the efficiency of the transit connection.It is of great significance to push the freight air-to-air transfer reform from the perspective of process optimization for promoting airport transformation and upgrading and building international air cargo hub.Therefore,this research takes Zhengzhou Airport's freight air-to-air transfer process as the object.Firstly,it defines the concept of freight air-to-air transfer,and introduces the classification and main characteristics of freight air-to-air transfer.Secondly,the status quo of Zhengzhou Airport's freight development and business processes are sorted out,and it finds that there are some problems in the process,such as lack of standardized operation system,insufficient guarantee of personnel in some operating links,and inadequate use of information platform.Then,taking the domestic to international freight air-to-air business process as an example,a DSM matrix model is established,and the main structure of the process is optimized through sorting,coupling identification,and band identification to obtain a standard freight air-to-air cargo transfer process.On this basis,adopting the ESIA analysis method,through clearing the short barge process between the two cargo stations,simplifying the document transfer process,integrating supporting elements,and automating data entry to improve the efficiency of business processes.In the implementation process of these four steps,the key supporting elements such as facility layout,personnel organization and information system have been improved accordingly,the feasibility of the optimized scheme has been improved,and a joint optimization scheme has been formed.Finally,Flexsim software is used to simulate the process before and after optimization.Through comparative analysis,the effectiveness of the joint optimization scheme is verified.
