With The Improvement Of Production Simulation Cylinder Based On Flexsim

With the development of advanced manufacturing technology (AMT), computer technology, especially modeling & simulation technology, is increasingly being applied to the optimization of manufacturing enterprise more and more, among which Flexsim is the most popular software. This paper takes the production systm of cylinder of Xi’an Liaoyuan Hydraulic System Co., Ltd. as the case. The production process of it is anlayzed, and on this basis, the feature of its production and the relative data are analyzed. Through these analyses, the modeling on the units of the production system is constructed. Through analyses, the sequence and the conflicts of the process (the events of Flexsim software) are presented; finally, through fitting the core processes and their data of the case enterprise, and on the basis of modeling, the simulation on the manufacturing of the enterprise is made. Through simulation, the problems of the manufacturing system of the enterprise are analyzed, and the improving polices are put forward:Firstly, on the problem of low utilization rate and high idle rate of machines, this paper suggests that the enterprise should balance the production task during the whole year, to realize stable untilization rate of machines;Secondly, on the problem of the waste of productoin time, this paper suggests that this enterprise should cut down the waste time of unnecessary operations through Single Minute Exchange of Die and one-piece flow;Thirdly, on the problem of inventory control, this paper suggests that the enterprise should make different circular programs on different circulation of material. And the material in workshops should be classified for storage and preservation, to realize the control on rational amount of inventory, the simplication and optimation of the workshops’ material flow.
