Among China's civil airlines,A Aviation Co.,Ltd.has the largest density of air network in China.Its flights and annual total passenger traffic ranks first in China.In the ever expanding scale of transit business and the increasingly complex and ever changing trend of China's transportation market,Guangzhou's hub status is fiercely competing with Hong Kong,Singapore,Shanghai,Beijing,and other international hubs.Peer competition and rapid developments of modern high-speed rail have had a great impact on the aviation market.At the same time,with the continuous expansion of passenger transport,service efficiency is an important factor affecting customer satisfaction,bringing opportunities for A Aviation to break through the bottleneck of the transportation market in Guangzhou.The use of detailed field research,literature analysis at home and abroad,face to face interviews and questionnaires,provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the efficiency of transportation of passengers through Guangzhou hub.Through this research,A Airlines identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the current service standard of the Guangzhou hub and identifies areas of improvement.The issues that negatively affects transport service efficiency are low service efficiency of hub service personnel,lack of hub service hardware facilities,unscientific design of hub service process,inaccurate information of hub service demand,which provides a practical foundation for follow up studies;through the design of relevant questionnaires allow the study of the impact on passenger transport service efficiency of company A at the Guangzhou transit hub.The implementation of training standards for hub personnel,new and improved hub service hardware facilities,scientific design of hub service process,an improvement on demand information quality and communication efficiency will improve transportation service efficiency of company A and ultimately enhance customer satisfaction at the Guangzhou transit hub.By identifying the influencing factors on customer transit service efficiency,A Airlines is able to improve their level of service and improve the overall satisfaction of their customers transiting through Guangzhou hub.
