Research On The Design Of Public Travel Service For Aging City Based On Inclusive Design

In China’s aging society,the degree of home care,travel,and other concepts have been proposed,the government began to pay attention to the material and spiritual world of the elderly,vigorously develop the urban service system construction,the safety of the elderly travel has been widely concerned.However,due to the lack of timely update of the matching of the urban material system for the overall elderly care service,there are still many inconvenient places for the elderly people to travel.Therefore,how to design the service system suitable for the aging public travel through the intervention of service design is the purpose of this paper.In this paper,the design research of public travel for the aged is carried out from two aspects: design theory and design practice.Based on the principle of inclusive design,through in-depth insight into the elderly users and behavior deconstruction,the design strategy of public travel for the aged is explored from the perspective of service designCombined with the application of service design methodology,this paper proposes a complete design scheme of public transport services suitable for the aged,including portrait,service blueprint,user journey map,empathy map,etc.,and conducts design research based on this methodology and service design process.Early for the generation of inclusive design theory,deduction and the present are analyzed and described,several kinds of inclusive design from existing principles to select the most suitable for the old one in the field of public travel,after combining the theory of service design,tools,and methods of in-depth analysis and research,explore the inclusive design principles of how to use in the field of optimal aging public travel.For older people with public transport demand for semi-structured interviews,methods of trace log,the path of the mixture of qualitative and quantitative research,summary old people travel demand,the demand according to the classification definition for inclusive design principle,the problems in depth interview method summarized based on the questionnaire survey,the questionnaire survey data extraction and analysis,the structure system is mainly focused on the optimal aging public travel service process,the contact point,the service system,to construct a suitable aging public travel service design system framework.Aging is put forward to older people as the center of the design strategy for travel service,construct platform for mobile travel,travel mode,from the design level to promote mobile endowment definition and reconstructed the design for optimum old travel line problems and challenges,this field to drive the public’s perception of mobile endowment is of great significance,as the design domain driven mobile endowment service innovation research provides theory and the practice of design thinking and enlightenment,for the social endowment industry design field to provide the support on the theories and methods.
