Research On Travel Service Of New Rural Areas In North China Based On Service Design

Under the background of the construction of new socialist countryside,the construction of rural roads and information technology in rural areas has achieved stage results,and the hardware facilities for the new rural residents travel have been basically guaranteed,but the supporting hardware facilities for the new rural residents’ travel services and other software guarantees is still not perfect.Under the background of "hollow" population of rural areas,according to the specific conditions of rural residents lives,reducing the travel difficulties of rural residents,meeting their travel needs and increasing their travel willingness are important tasks to increase the vitality of rural areas and develop rural economy,and have important significance to promote the construction of new countryside.Based on the above background,this paper tries to build a new rural residents travel service system in North China from the perspective of service design to meet the residents travel needs.Most of the existing travel service design studies focus on the application of service design thinking to urban residents travel services,but less on rural residents’ travel.Focus on the daily travel service design of rural residents,analyze the existing travel conditions of new rural residents in North China,investigate and understand the travel needs of residents,and complete the travel service design of rural residents according to their needs.The details are as follows:1.Through literature research,collate and summarize the content meaning and design method of service design thinking,comb the travel service system architecture method of the "Travel as a Service" concept,and provide theoretical basis for subsequent design.2.Summarize and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of existing passenger transport travel modes and service contents in the new countryside of North China through on-the-spot investigation,summarize and sort out the travel characteristics of existing rural residents,as the available resources for the follow-up service design,bring the advantages of existing travel services into full play,and make up for the shortcomings of existing travel services.3.Obtain and analyze the current situation of new rural residents participation in travel services in North China through interviews,and use principal component analysis to reduce the dimension of data,extract the residents’ travel needs from the perspective of quantitative research.User portraits,storyboards,and user itinerary maps are used to simulate residential travel scenarios and to extract residents travel needs from a qualitative perspective.Summarize and form the demand list,use Kano model to analyze the demand attributes and prioritize them.4.Use stakeholder maps and service system maps to organize travel service resources,and build a new rural residents travel service system in North China based on their travel needs.Service blueprints guide the optimal design of digital,physical and manual contacts,carry out service designs evaluation,and iterate service designs blueprints.Through the service design thinking,based on the travel status of rural residents and the travel needs of residents,this paper puts forward a set of specific plans for the travel service design of new rural residents in North China,explores a new direction for the study of the construction of the travel service system for rural residents,and is an optional idea about the service design thinking to participate in the construction of new countryside.
