Research On The Design Strategy Of Urban Fringe Rural Residential Renewal And Renovation In Guangzhou From The Perspective Of Symbiosis

With the rapid development of China’s economy and urbanization,the industrial model of rural areas has gradually developed from "traditional one industry" to "three industries coexisting",and with the revival of local culture,rural pension,medical and cultural tourism industries have risen rapidly.However,most of the rural houses can not keep up with the rapid development pace.The disordered new construction,demolition and renovation lead to a series of problems,such as the loss of the overall rural style,the destruction of the ecological environment,the disorder of the spatial landscape and the high energy consumption pollution.The rural residential environment,functional space,Landscape Morphology and cultural characteristics need to be improved.Most of the domestic and foreign researches on housing renewal and transformation are carried out from different perspectives,such as rural planning,building environment,technical transformation and energy-saving promotion.There are many scattered research results,but there are relatively few in-depth researches on systematic and comprehensive transformation and upgrading at all levels.The researches on rural housing and renewal and transformation at the edge of Guangzhou city are mostly individual cases,lacking of the development history and evolution mechanism of housing Comprehensive research at the same level.In view of the above problems and deficiencies,this paper conducts a systematic and comprehensive study on the renewal and transformation of rural houses in the urban fringe of Guangzhou from the perspective of symbiosis,expecting to realize the sustainable development of rural houses,protect local culture,reduce resource waste,and promote the inheritance and continuation of rural houses.Using symbiosis theory and its concept and method of harmonious coexistence,combined with metabolism theory,building recycling theory,environmental behavior theory,catalyst theory and "level" theory of open architecture,this paper analyzes the development process and current situation of rural housing,and puts forward the problems,opportunities and challenges faced by rural housing on the edge of Guangzhou city.This paper analyzes the symbiotic correlation factors and value composition of rural housing in Guangzhou urban fringe,analyzes the influencing factors of rural housing development,the level and symbiotic correlation factors and value composition of rural housing,and puts forward the renewal and transformation objectives of rural housing in Guangzhou urban fringe.Combined with the harmonious symbiotic design idea of the renewal and transformation of rural houses in theurban fringe of Guangzhou,this paper discusses the principles and Strategies of the renewal and transformation of rural houses in the urban fringe of Guangzhou from the three aspects of the overall rural environment,the "supporting main body" of the building and the functional living space,and uses the above design principles and strategies to carry out the practice of the renewal and transformation of rural houses.From the perspective of symbiosis,the renewal and reconstruction of rural houses in the urban fringe of Guangzhou should follow the symbiotic integrity principle of harmonious coexistence,and the derived climate adaptability principle,rural culture principle,life order principle,inheritance innovation principle and intensive compactness principle.At the environmental level,the renewal and renovation design of rural housing in Guangzhou urban fringe follows the overall environmental construction strategy of "rural patching",reshapes the rural pattern,realizes the symbiosis of rural and environment;"patching" rural environment,realizes the symbiosis of "new" and "old";optimizes the transportation system,realizes the symbiosis of green travel and public space;promotes the sustainable development of rural areas in Guangzhou urban fringe To realize the intergrowth of the whole and the part.At the architectural level,we should follow the symbiotic architectural optimization strategy of "supporting the main body",optimize the rural housing,realize the symbiosis of internal and external space;coordinate the old and new residential buildings,realize the symbiosis of "existing" and "transformation";continue the spirit of the place,realize the symbiosis of rationality and sensibility;optimize the residential structure,realize the symbiosis of structure and art;propose the green and energy-saving housing design strategy,realize the saving The symbiosis of technology and environment.At the level of "functional life",we should follow the strategy of building open space,inherit and innovate local materials and technologies,realize the symbiosis of history and future;propose the strategy of intensive and flexible design of residential space,realize the symbiosis of space and benefit;build an integrated residence,realize the symbiosis of design and construction;and continuously update equipment,realize the symbiosis of equipment and structure.In addition,the above principles and strategies are applied to the practical design of huanghewu village,Zhengguo Town,Zengcheng,Guangzhou,to promote the sustainable development of the virtuous circle of rural housing.
