Research On Design Management And Control Of Building Public Open Space In Urban Key Area

With the rapid development of cities,land resources are increasingly scarce."City disease" such as environmental pollution,traffic congestion and insufficient public space supply are highlighted,so domestic planning and design field begins to focus on the quality improvement of urban environment and public space.Planning managers gradually realized that the public open space inside the building block(building public open space)can relieve the construction pressure of urban public space,optimize environmental quality and improve residents' quality of life,and start to conduct relevant practice relying on urban design.However,in the process of building public open space construction,there are many problems,such as low quality,poor walking experience,disorderly layout and so on.These problems indicate that the current design management and control mode is still inadequate,and a refined,systematic and efficient mode still needs to be established.Therefore,this paper focuses on the design management and control of building public open space.Based on the summary of advanced experience in developed cities and current problems in our country,this study attempts to construct a framework of design management and control for building public open space in urban key area,and summarize design ideas and implementation strategies.In addition,this study takes the urban design management and control project of Pazhou West District as a practical analysis object,with a view to providing reference for related practice of other cities in the future.The paper can be divided into five parts.The first part(Chapter one)is a summary of basic theoretical research and issues.Based on the introduction of study background,this part determines the research direction and clarifies the concept of research object.Meanwhile,this part analyzes related theories and practices through data collection,and puts forward the core thesis of "Research on the design management and control of building public open space".The second part(Chapter two)is the reference of excellent case experience.After clarifying the research scope of building public open space in urban key area,thispart analyzes the relevant experience of design management and control in New York and Hong Kong from the two levels of preparation content and implementation operation,and refine content that can be used for reference in domestic urban key areas.The third part(Chapter three)is the analysis of current domestic problems.Based on the institutional background of urban design in domestic key areas,relevant policy and practice,this part analyzes the problems existing in the process of design and implementation of building public open space from the two levels of compilation content and implementation mode.The fourth part(Chapter four)is thought summary and frame construction.In view of the current problems summarized in the third part,and combined with the experience of excellent cases in developed cities,this part constructs a design management and control framework for building public open space suitable for domestic urban key areas from two levels of design ideas and control strategies.The fifth part(Chapter five)is the practical project research.Based on the framework of the fourth part,this part analyzes the specific operation mode of the design management and control of the building public open space in Pazhou West District,then summarizes the characteristics and reflects on the current achievements of the region.
