Case Study On Urban Public Space Integration Service In Tianfu New Area Of Chengdu City

With the development of the times,the Construction and management of urban public space has gradually become an important direction in the development of China’s urbanization construction,and since urban space management was formally incorporated into the scope of integrated urban management in 2015,the status of urban space management has been significantly enhanced in the process of urban development.On March 5,2017,the General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out during his participation in the deliberations of the Shanghai delegation at the fifth session of the 12 th National People’s Congress that Urban management should be as fine as embroidery.Fine urban management must be adapted to urban development.It needs continuous exertion and should be deepened to improve social governance and enhance the vitality of social development.However,in the context of the new era,it is difficult for the government alone to provide comprehensive,professional,and efficient urban public space services to meet the complex needs of urban development and residents’ lives,and to achieve refined urban management.Therefore,it is necessary to further explore the urban space management mode,promote the transformation and upgrading of urban structure,and then realize the improvement of urban quality and quality,which is very important to enhance people’s happiness and facilitate the development of conquering social issues.This paper carries out an in-depth study of urban public space management and services with the case study of public space integration services in the Tianfu New Area of Chengdu.It introduces the theoretical foundations of new urban governance,principalagent and cooperative production,analyzes the application of related theories in urban public space management,builds a theoretical analysis framework,and composes the current status of domestic and international research and related core concepts by reading and studying references;conducts a detailed analysis of the case of urban public space integration service in Tianfu New Area,examining the common problems,development background,implementation history,The case study was analyzed in detail,examined as to the common problems,development background,implementation history,main measures,main effectiveness,etc.;through case study method,questionnaire survey method,comparative study method.The three main measures of this case were analyzed in terms of their importance,initiatives and effects;the integrated urban public space service model of Tianfu New Area,with integrated management as the core leader,system construction as the mechanism guarantee and infrastructure construction as the quality guarantee,was summarized.Given the above analysis and research,the following insights are drawn: firstly,a new pattern of common construction,governance,and sharing,and to improve the response mechanism of coordination among diversified subjects should be created;secondly,the public service experience should be improved and a diversified service scene based on the Internet of Everything should be built;thirdly,the marketability of service subjects should be continuously improved and the supervision of them should be strengthened;fourthly,the infrastructure construction should be improved and intelligent management should be built.This case study hopes to provide a reference for the innovative development of domestic urban public space operation and management and to explore a more refined mode of urban public space governance in the future,to improve the effectiveness of urban services and enhance the quality of life of residents.
