| Public open space is an important part of the city as wells as the carrier of public life.Shenzhen,as the representative of China’s emerging cities,has brought about the problems of insufficient urban public open space and quality degradation at the same time of rapid development.In this case,a kind of space which called building public open space that within the construction land and relying on buildings has attracted people’s attention.At present,Shenzhen has begun to issue relevant construction management regulations to carry out the practice of building public open space.As an important economic and cultural center of Shenzhen City,Futian CBD has produced a large number of building public open space in the past 40 years.However,due to the lack of design and management experience,the building public open space has not achieved good results.In some developed countries and regions,practice and Research on public open space of buildings have been carried out since the middle of last century,and more mature design guidance experience has been accumulated.Therefore,this paper summarizes the excellent design guidance and control experience of public open space at home and abroad,and transforms it into the sustainable design and management strategy of public open space in Futian CBD.The paper has carried out the following research work:The first is the summary of the excellent design guidance and control experience of building public open space at home and abroad.Through combing the practice process of public open space in the United States,Japan,Hong Kong,Taiwan,Singapore and other places,this paper summarizes the general design and management methods.The second is the research on the current situation of building public open space in Shenzhen and Futian CBD.Through the research of information data and the field research,analyze the current design and management operation and the construction effect of the building public open space of Futian CBD.Through the study of the status quo,we reflect on the excellent experience and shortcomings of building public open space in Futian CBD.The third is to formulate the sustainable design management strategy of building public open space in Futian CBD.Through the summary of excellent experience,the framework of sustainable design and management of public open space in Futian CBD is built from two aspects of design and management. |
