Research On Multi-level Space Activation Of Commercial Complex Under The Background Of Compound Transportation

The research object of this paper is the spatial activation of multiple first floors of commercial complexes under the background of composite transportation.The author mainly analyzes the current status of multiple first floor commercial complexes under the background of composite transportation in some first-tier cities in China and Japan,and combines the connection between cities and commercial complexes.Conduct research on methods,internal spaces,formats,consumers,etc.In the early stage,the relevant literature was summarized and collected,detailed field research was conducted on the multiple first-level spaces of the existing commercial complex,and the methods of literature reading and case studies were used to in-depth explore the spatial activation of the multiple first-level spaces of the commercial complex under the background of compound traffic.Summarize the internal space activation methods suitable for multi-level space in commercial complexes.This article is divided into three parts,a total of six chapters.The first part is chapter one and two,basic research.The first chapter introduces the research background,purpose and significance,domestic and foreign research status,research methods,framework and content.The second chapter makes a basic study on the composite transportation system,connecting space and multiple first levels,and summarizes the definition,development history and development model at home and abroad.The second part is the third and fourth chapters.It is the main research content for the activation and design strategy and project practice.It is the core chapter of this article.The third chapter survey selects and studies and summarizes domestic and foreign cases,combs and studies 12 domestic and foreign actual cases,and summarizes the commercial complex under the background of composite transportation from four aspects: city location,public connection,spatial organization,and business layout.A general strategy for multi-level space activation.Chapter 4 corresponds to four levels of activation strategies.Combining a number of benchmarking cases and completed case investigations,we propose 1 to 2 aspects of deepening strategies for each strategy,a total of 20 strategies.The third part is the fifth and sixth chapters,which are the strategy practice part and summary prospect.Chapter 5 carries out project practice according to the strategy mentioned above.Chapter 6 summarizes the full text and prospects for the spatial design of multiple first floors of commercial complexes in the context of future composite transportation.Through the above methods,the space activation strategies and methods of the multi-level of commercial complexes under the background of combined traffic are discussed,so as to provide reference and feasibility suggestions for the spatial design of the multi-level of commercial complexes under the background of composite traffic.
