This thesis is a study on the traffic space about the city commercial complex in Kunming.In recent years, the commercial complex, has always been the hot spot of the construction field, but the research content in many scholars are in the research between traffic space and commercial complex which including the commercial space, public space, dining space, entertainment space and other functions’space, but lack the research on the consumers behavior psychological of traffic space. That is to say, Now the commercial complex traffic space lack of humanistic care.This thesis is based on the traffic space in the commercial complex as the carrier, conduct the depth study of consumer traffic space in the emotion, behavior and psychology and put the consumer environment as the research object, from the basic theory of environmental behavior, architecture psychology, conduct more systematic analysis on the commercial complex traffic space design method. Only in-depth study of the traffic space better in the emotion, behavior and psychology of consumers in order to make space of the commercial complex more perfect design, in order to bring better to consumers, more intimate shopping and leisure space. At the same time also provide better theoretical guidance for design practice in the traffic space of the commercial complex in the future, then create a more suitable shopping and leisure space for modern consumers.The main content of this thesis is divided into five chapters:The first chapter:the relevant theory books through the existing domestic and foreign reading summarizes the development status of commercial complex, put forward the main content, purpose and significance, research methods and research framework.The second chapter:comparative analysis about consumer behavior and psychological aspects to dig the traffic space in the entrance, courtyard, horizontal transport, vertical transportation, rest space and landscape space in the consumer behavior of psychological problems.The third chapter is mainly on the basis of environmental behavior, the theory of architectural psychology strategy specific solutions for the influence factors of commercial complex traffic space environment on consumer behavior existing in the space.The fourth chapter:the author put forward the solution strategy application according to the problems found in the practice of the design of Hui he commercial complex in Kunming.The fifth chapter mainly is the design methods’summary of the traffic space of the commercial complex under the guidance of the consumer behavior psychology.
