With the development of China's economy and the improvement of people's disposable income,the demand for transportation,especially passenger cars,is increasing,which greatly promotes the development of China's automobile industry.Higher cost-effective allocation of local automobile facto ries is an important magic weapon to win a place in China's fierce automobile market,but the real cortradiction is that the cost of full digital virtual meter is far higher than that of traditional combined instrument.Display screen is an important part of full digital instrument accounting for 70%of total cost).In order to solve this problem Shield,the cost of display must be reduced.This article adopts the method of project cost management,project cost estimate at the kickoff phase of the project,the simulation of the real project the cost of each activity,project is the real reason is the high cost of car display in the whole project financial indicators and expectations,find the corresponding methods to cost after the implementation of strict budget system,and implement the monitoring of the actual cost and budget of the project process deviation and real-time correction.There are many factors that affect the cost of display.This paper is based on a real case of A company.From company strategy to project feasibility analysis as the premise,it objectively evaluates the problems of the project.Throu gh technical and economic methods,it makes a deep research on the cost improvement of the main cost source of display screen.Firstly,it studies the cost improvement of the main cost source of display screen.This paper studies the current specifications and cost components of display screens in the industry,then collects the actual specifications of display screens in local automobile factories,compares the specifications of display screens in the automobile industry,and finds that there are huge differences in brightness,contrasty color uniformity,visual angle and display life.By the cost optimization method,the price of the display screen is reduced by 23%,and the process flow of the display screen is improved.The product of the display screen is improved by 10%.The target set by the previous organization is successfully achieved,and the new product meets the test conditions of the automobile industry The investment of new products greatly improves the cost competitiveness of A company,which provides a solid foundation for A company to successfully enter the Chinese local market,and also provides a reference for other peers.
