With the continuous development and progress of the city,from two or three-story brick and concrete structure to the skyscrapers,the construction projects are also diversified,the construction subject is expanding,the construction environment is more and more complex,and the construction risk is also increasing.In today's engineering field,it is no longer the triangle opposition of cost,progress and quality.In the life cycle,there are also other modules such as construction application and development,safety and civilization,operation management and so on.At this time,risk management is particularly important.A mature risk management system can reduce the impact of the risk,or even avoid the risk in advance,so as to improve the safety and overall benefit of the project.Based on a large number of literature,this paper introduces the research background,research significance,research status,related concepts and development process of urban commercial complex,then expounds the basic theory of risk,risk characteristics and risk management process of urban commercial complex,and finally introduces the concept,principle,characteristics and learning of BP neural network Algorithm.Secondly,the basic concept of index system construction is elaborated from the principles and ideas of index system construction.10 experts are invited to brainstorm to analyze and identify risk factors,and a risk evaluation index system suitable for urban commercial complex project is constructed.Thirdly,the BP neural network model is designed according to the risk evaluation index,and experts are invited to score 30 groups of sample data.The first 25 groups of sample data are used as training data,and the last 5 groups are used as simulation test data to import the built model for simulation training and testing,to verify the accuracy and Simulation of the model,which shows that the feasibility of BP neural network used in the actual project is high.Finally,the dynamic risk management of building a project is carried out.Firstly,experts are invited to analyze the risk factors of building a,and the list of risk factors is preliminarily determined.Then,the indicators are optimized according to the expert opinions and scores.The final list of risk factors is 8 first level indicators and 19 second level indicators.According to the list of risk factors,an index evaluation system is built to meet thecharacteristics of building a Secondly,the risk value of each risk index of building a is obtained by expert scoring,and the data is imported into the BP neural network.According to the comparison between the output results and the risk rating evaluation table,the overall risk level of building a is "low";finally,the relative risk degree of each index is analyzed,and several key risk factors are analyzed and corresponding countermeasures are put forward ?The outstanding significance of this study is to find out the key risk influencing factors in the life cycle of building a,and apply BP neural network to the risk assessment of building a,and get the intuitive and scientific assessment results,hoping to provide scientific decision-making basis for the risk assessment of urban commercial complex project,reduce the risk of urban commercial complex project development,construction and operation,so as to promote The construction of urban commercial complex project in China.
