| In the project construction management activities,internal and external factors are easy to affect and restrict the project,resulting in the project can not be completed in accordance with the scheduled time,which makes the goal of the project difficult to achieve.As a new modern architectural mode,urban commercial complex has its own advantages different from traditional architecture,but it is also affected by more factors than traditional architecture.The construction requirements of urban commercial complex project are much more complex than the traditional single building construction,especially the underground engineering construction of construction project,which has the characteristics of large excavation volume,complex geological conditions and high safety factor requirements.Therefore,it is particularly important to manage the construction schedule of underground works in urban commercial complex projects.Whether the underground works can be completed on schedule is the key point to achieve the construction period goal of urban commercial complex projects.In order to better manage the construction progress of underground engineering and optimize the construction period,the critical chain technology is introduced.In recent years,the application of critical chain technology in the progress management of various industries is more and more,and has achieved good results.The critical chain technology is to make the project schedule by considering the logical relationship between the processes before and after the project,as well as the interdependence of resources.Critical chain technology will buffer the safety time of each process,this interval is called buffer,so that it can be intensive management,shorten the construction period,so that the project schedule can be effectively controlled.In the control and management of project schedule,it is necessary to eliminate all kinds of interference factors that affect the construction schedule in the buffer zone,so as to ensure that the construction schedule is within the project schedule.In the project schedule management,the disruption management method to eliminate interference events often plays a good effect.The idea of disruption management is to quickly and timely give the optimal strategy to eliminate the system disturbance caused by interference events on the basis of the state after the occurrence of interference events.At present,the idea of disruption management is widely used in plant scheduling,transportation and logistics management,and has achieved good results.In this paper,the methods of literature research,quantitative analysis and case analysis are used to manage the project schedule.Based on the critical chain idea and disruption management theory,the problem of project schedule deviation caused by interference events in the construction process is solved,which makes the project deviation return to the project target schedule,and makes the extra cost in this process the lowest.Based on the research background of A project underground engineering construction schedule disruption management,this paper first uses the expert scoring method and rough set theory to identify the key factors of interference,and then through WBS project decomposition of underground engineering construction,determines the logical relationship between each process,resource input of each process and other constraints,formulates the key chain project schedule,and sets the milestone node buffer;Secondly,according to the proportion of the accumulated time of process delay in the milestone buffer after the occurrence of the interference event,the interference management model is established and solved,and the corresponding optimal scheme to deal with the interference event is formulated according to the solution results;Finally,the research conclusions and shortcomings are summarized,and the future research is prospected. |
