| With the rapid economic and social development as well as large-scale development of small mountainous towns in China,a series of environmental problems have been risen.In 2012,the central economic work conference further clarified the new requirements for new urbanization,namely,"intensive,intelligent,green and low-carbon",which also puts forward specific requirements for landscape construction in small mountainous towns.As a new urban development concept,“Park City” profoundly reflects the core requirements of sustainable development and the importance of ecological civilization for people.It is a goal of urban development in the new era.Therefore,it also guides the transformation of landscape planning and design mode of small mountainous towns.This paper studies the landscape characteristics of small mountainous towns and analyzes the existing problems in landscape planning and design of traditional small mountainous towns.This paper also expounds the relevant contents of the “Park City” theory,discusses the connotation evolution and construction status of the “Park City”,and summarizes four basic characteristics of this theory.By applying the theory of “Park City”,landscape planning and design of mountainous towns could be guided in order to promote the its sustainable development.Tongjing town is in Chongqing Yubei District and is located within one hour of Chongqing economic circle.Landscape resources of this town is rich,but the landscape planning and design of natural environment,historical culture resources was poorly grasp,which lead to damage of ecosystem balance,eroded natural and cultural landscape is,lack of local culture,and difficulty of obtaining sustainable development.In this case,the view of “Park City” is used in this paper to guide the landscape planning and design practice of Tongjing town,trying to solves a series of problems in the landscape construction of it,which promotes the healthy and orderly development of mountainous towns in Chongqing Yubei District,and provides references of the landscape planning and design for other mountainous towns in the future.This paper puts forward three goals of landscape planning and design for mountainous towns in the view of “Park City”.Firstly,create a natural mountainous town by using its charm ecology resource.Secondly,build an original cultural experience town with local customs.Thirdly,construct a people-oriented and livable tourism town.The landscape planning and design strategies are put forward from the macro,middle and micro levels respectively.At the macro level,a complete ecosystem is proposed to achieve regional integrity which continue the urban greenway network and increase the connectivity of the landscape.At the middle level,the functional structure of green space is put forward.Constructing the urban green integrated landscape pattern;Protecting sensitive areas of ecological environment;Optimize the layout of various types of green space;Strengthen the construction of ecological corridor.At the micro level,a characteristic node space is proposed.Continuation of town context through architecture;Plant configuration reflects landscape regionalism;Infrastructure to improve the quality of human settlements.Through these three levels of strategic application,the Tongjing town would be built into a unique mountainous town. |
