Research On The Spatial Scene Design Strategy Of Small Towns In Guangxi From The Perspective Of Park City

Since the acceleration of urbanization,large-scale construction and development have led to a series of living environment problems such as the deterioration of the ecological environment,the congestion of the transportation,and the decline of space quality during the construction of small towns.In recent years,the design and transformation of small town space has been a hot issue in urban and rural construction,but a large number of small towns tend to ignore the regional characteristics during the transformation process,resulting in the phenomenon of "Same Imagines of the town" after the transformation.As a transitional form between cities and villages,small towns play a linking role and are an important part of the implementation of the national sustainable development policy.Small towns themselves have certain economic and resource deficiencies.Therefore,how to improve the overall quality of space under low-cost economic conditions,and how to integrate emerging cultural elements and create a harmonious human-city atmosphere while retaining the historical and cultural characteristics of towns the subject discussed in this article.Park city is a new opportunity to guide the construction and transformation of small towns.This paper takes the small town space in Guangxi as the main research object,and takes the old city center area of Beiliu City as an example to carry out the research.The main content consists of the following three parts:First,the development history and future development trend of small towns are compared with domestic and foreign literature.Through literature review,this paper discusses the transformation of Guangxi’s urban construction logic under the concept of park city,analyzes the current core issues of spatial development in small towns in Guangxi,and reflects on the relationship between spatial construction and urban development.This paper focuses on the applicability of scene theory to the space of small towns,discusses the application of scene theory in specific space design from the perspective of park city,summarizes the elements of space design at all levels,and constructs the framework of small town space scene design method.Second,the basic research and analysis of the space in the central area of the old city of Beiliu City.On the basis of in-depth discussion of the origin and development of relevant theories at China and abroad,the current situation of small towns’ spatial environment elements,spatial components and spatial local design elements is analyzed in depth from three dimensions: macro,meso and micro.This paper discusses the main problems currently hindering the spatial development of the old city center of Beiliu City,and summarizes them into two aspects: the backward construction mode and the unclear spatial image.Thirdly,based on the analysis of spatial elements and core issues,adaptive strategies and applications are proposed.On the basis of condensed problems,the goal of spatial design of small towns in Guangxi is put forward,and the future development direction is clarified.On the premise of fully respecting the original characteristics of small towns,from the macro,meso and micro perspectives,corresponding design strategies are put forward for spatial elements at all levels,and the layout of the scene-based design of small town spaces is preliminarily sorted out.Taking the streets,waterfront and historical building spaces in the old city center of Beiliu City as specific public space cases,constructing corresponding scene models and exploring the feasibility of practical application of design strategies,trying to explore new paths for the optimization and improvement of small town spaces in Guangxi.
