Study On The Renovation Plan Of Shanty Towns In Small Towns In The Northern Region

For so long,there are multiple factors influencing the towns in northern area comprehensively,the level of towns’ construction is relatively backward.Municipal infrastructure and public service facilities have so many problems such as low research perspective,lacking scientific planning,and inappropriate infrastructures.However,in the background of strategies for the new pattern urbanization have been fully implemented,and city’s construction and development has turned from incremental planning to Inventory planning,the promotion of built-up area of small towns is an issue that needs to be further investigated and probed into.This article mainly combined some subject knowledge like economics,sociology,management,and so on,from a perspective of professional urban planning,according to a method of study summary,questions survey,analyzing problems,and raising countermeasures,trying to analyze,study and conclude the transformation construction of small towns in northern area comprehensively and extensively.Firstly,for the primary research subject discussed: I have made a conceptual limit,combed through existing problems and major field through the small town construction in northern area.Secondly,focus the study point on the issue of transformation of small towns in northern area,discussing from two aspects “ reconstruction project of shanty town” and“promotion of landscape in shanty town”.In the matter of shanty town’s reconstruction project,general situation has been discussed in the first place,and analyzed existing problems like lacking public service facilities and municipal infrastructure,combed through different patterns and processes,and made a horizontal comparison among the four kinds of patterns.Finally,specific to these four difficult problems: demolition,financing,employment,and sustainability,solutions were put forward respectively.In the part of“shanty town’s landscape promotion”,there are building renovation and landscape renovation,and asserted a clear reformation design claim as well as concrete engineering practice.At last,based on the research above,a basic principle of shanty towns’ construction in northern area can be concluded,which has been used in practical project: reconstruction planning of a Jalaid Banner shanty town,and formed a set of scientific planning scheme.
