A Comparative Study Of The Chengzhongcun In Jimei District,Xiamen City

After China's reform and opening up,the urbanization rate has been continuously improved,and the rapid urbanization has led to the phenomenon of "peri-urbanization" in many areas.The semi-urbanization has not blocked the process of urbanization,but formed a new spatial social form in the city--urban village.This research will study Urban rural in Xiamen Jimei based on the capital circulation theory and space production theory theory,on the basis of combing Jimei district urbanization process,Urban rural in every phase is affected by the analysis,at the same time get Urban rural empirical analysis with the interaction of urban functions,form the time dimension,spatial dimension,contrast,trying to find a guide village in Xiamen city to adapt to the urban functions of urbanization path and countermeasures.This paper is divided into seven chapters,which are divided into three parts,namely,theoretical background research,empirical comparative research and research conclusion:The theoretical background research includes the first chapter and the second chapter,which briefly describes the relationship between the emergence of semi-urbanization phenomenon and the urbanization process,briefly describes the core contents of David Harvey's capital cycle and spatial production theory,and then develops the research framework on this basis.The empirical research includes the third and fourth chapters,which narrate and analyze the formation of semi-urbanization phenomenon in Jimei district and the current status of typical urban villages.Comparative studies in the fifth chapter,the sixth chapter,through the typical case of village inside city space mode of operation and capital circulation way,it is concluded that the village collective organization forces play an important role in the development of the urban villages,and increase in the "three levels of capital circulation theory" village collective this subject,madeto adapt to the situation of China capital circulation frame building.Chapter seven is strategy and conclusion.Based on the urbanization idea of the city-village linkage and differential development,this paper gives some Suggestions on the development strategy of the selected typical city-village.Two main conclusions of this study are summarized: one is to attach importance to the role of village collective in promoting the development of village in the city;the other is to include village collective in the "three-level capital cycle theory",which can better guide the development of urbanization in China.
