| Metropolitan areas of peri-urban construction land disorderly spread,"big city disease" gradually appears.Because of the complexity and variety of urban-rural relations in the region,it is difficult to evaluate the comprehensive benefits as the urbanized areas.In the peri-urban areas,the conclusion of evaluation of construction land benefits does not simply represent the absolute evaluation and final state evaluation.Therefore,it aims at the process of the single benefit system in the complex system of the region-the benefit of construction land.Firstly,using the induction method to summarize the concept,characteristics and theoretical development of the metropolitan area in the metropolitan area,on this basis,the spatial recognition method of this kind of area is studied deeply,and the elastic definition mechanism of space is established.Secondly,use the induction method,the deductive method to analyze the driving force,the development mechanism and the specificity of the benefit evaluation target of the regional benefit,and analyzes the applicability of the evaluation method of the previous construction land benefit,and puts forward the idea of constructing the evaluation index system of construction land benefit in peri-urban areas of megalopolis.The system is divided into two parts: the index system and the evaluation system.The index system is mainly divided into three systems-the population system,the economic system,the space system.The evaluation system is divided into the foundation benefit evaluation,the comparative benefit evaluation and the growth benefit evaluation.According to the role of the three overall evaluation of the benefits,finally form the overall benefit evaluation of the construction land in the peri-urban area of the megalopolis.Thirdly,the quantitative evaluation methods such as AHP,Entropy and Mathematical Statistics are used to evaluate the foundation benefit evaluation,the comparative benefit evaluation and the growth benefit evaluation.Combined with the peri-urban areas of Tianjin empirical research,this paper analyzes the characteristics,types and trends of the land use benefit shown in the evaluation results.Finally,based on the logical docking relationship between the land use benefit system and the urban and rural planning response level,this paper puts forward the three related planning strategies and optimization suggestions of land resource management,spatial structure and urban system division,future development mode and route selection in peri-urban area.In the peri-urbanization area of Tianjin,the land use efficiency optimization strategy is based on the spatial pattern of the evaluation system and the regional type division,and aiming at the main objectives of the construction land benefit promotion,put forward the targeted planning strategy for different types of peri-urbanized areas and optimize the path. |
