Research On Characteristics Of Production Spatial Evolution And Influencing Mechanism In Rapid Urbanization Area

The paper takes Shunde District,Foshan,whose urbanization is advanced,as an example.Remote sensing image interpretation as well as depth interview are used to explore the characteristics of urban space evolution and the effective mechanism.The successful experience and failures summarizing from this paper are referenced for other domestic cities to avoid the “city diease”.The paper first analyzes the town’s important historical position in the present stage of economic and social development as well as its severe challenges,which deepens the related concepts and introduces the research ideas and methods.By combing the basic theory on city production space both at home and abroad and summarizing the empirical studies on urban land use,this paper concludes three points below: firstly,in theoretical aspect,land rent theory,location theory and urban spatial structure theory are basic theories;secondly,foreign countries pay more attention to regional expansion of the whole city;lastly,domestic countries study more on the change characteristics and influencing factors of construction land in specific city.Taking the change of the ratio of industry in the whole industrial structure as the main line,combing with the review of the industry development in Shude since the establishing of China,the paper concludes that within recent 70 years,Shunde has undergone 4 development stages: industry promoting agriculture;the emergence of industry scale;industrial cluster and industry transformation and upgrading,which continuously optimizes the industrial structure and forms the intensification of industrial land.Remote sensing image interpretation are used to obtain the pattern and quantity of the evolution of the whole industrial land since the 1990 s in Shunde.The paper describes the change of the industrial land from the town and the country level,and concludes the characteristics of spatial evolution in Shunde and supplementary rules.This paper are classified according to the spatial evolution factors which may be effected by the characteristics of industrial land,and the study on the production spatial evolution mechanism is carried out form six aspects: industrialization process,economic system,policy system,resource environment,infrastructure and value.This paper assumes that the region’s industrial development has a fixed evolutionary pattern and will change according to local material and spiritual attributes.The main effect of rapid urbanization is the rapid expansion of urban,whose main land are industrial land,construction land.Expansion way,evolution power,network connection and morphological structure are four basic elements of constituting town production space.Summarizing according to these four aspects is conducive to guide the planning and construction of towns and optimize the spatial layout.
