Research On Multifunctional Design On Of Public Facilities In Plaze Of The Harbin New Area

Nowadays,China is in the stage of rapid development where the city construction is increasingly developing,the city population is growing rapidly,and the city square has become the main gathering place for people's leisure activities in the city.The city square has become the reflection of the city's economy,history and regional culture.Therefore,the squares of the three new districts are the most important carriers which can exhibit the core charm of the city and have become the most important embodiment of the city's development.With the development of the new districts,many problems are exposed during the construction of these new district squares,such as the simplex activity facilities,the shortage of activity sites,and especially the lack of humanistic care for the special people.These factors make it more and more difficult to meet people's high quality requirements for the city square.The design of public facilities is a new product design which combines the industrial product design and environmental design,is the indispensable component element of urban public space environment.Although public facilities are set up to satisfy the requirement of function and form in the construction of the new city square,they gradually expose some periodic problems,which need to analyze the causes and put forward the solutions by professionals and scholars,then improve public facilities for the design of Harbin new city square.This dissertation takes the public facilities of Harbin new district square as the research object.First,it aims at Harbin' s regionalism to analyze and introduce the planning basis of Harbin' s new districts.By analyzing the features of the new squares' public facilities,it introduces the connotation of the multi-function design and summarize the reason why today's society needs the multi-function design,integrating the concept of multi-function design into the public facilities' design of Harbin new district squares' multi-function.Second with combination of Harbin' s geography,climate and culture conditions,this dissertation promotes the construction and development of Harbin new city squares.In the project plan,this dissertation formulates a detailed survey plan for the new district square.Through the data analysis based on the regional and characteristic features,it selects three new district squares for practical investigation,and summarizes the main problems existing in the new district square.This dissertation uses the new district people's perception and actual experience as the breakthrough point,analyzing the residents' demand level to do the initial investigation,using the theory of multi-functional public facilities design to analyze and think.With the aid of new technology and the network information dissemination,the solutions are put forward.Finally,it makes further utility of the new city squares' public facilities design through the lessons from the foreign cases.The public facilities in the new square should stick to the concept of people-oriented,low-carbon,environmental protection,efficient and convenient,and cultural inheritance,so as to meet the actual needs of users and create a diversified,multi-level and high-quality civic activity space.I hope my research can provide an effective reference for the public facilities design of Harbin new district square..
