Research On The Facade Of Modern Arcade Buildings In Sanbu Town,Kaiping,Guangdong Province

As a famous hometown of overseas Chinese in Guangdong Province,Kaiping's modern architecture shows the characteristics of multiple integration between China and foreign countries,while the arcade architecture is an important member to witness the development of Kaiping's modern society,with historical,cultural,social and economic values.The arcade in Sanbu town reflects the unique charm of Kaiping overseas Chinese culture and urban development.With the advancement of modernization,arcades are gradually replaced by modern buildings,and then become marginalized and fragmented.Therefore,the protection of arcades is imminent.Through field research,literature research and typology,this paper takes the modern arcade facade of Sanbu town as the research object,analyzes it carefully,and enriches the research system of Kaiping modern architecture,which is also more important for arcade blocks New protection and regional design provide theoretical and practical basis.The first part of the paper is the introduction,which introduces the research background,research content,research definition,research methods and technical routes in detail,as well as the literature review of related research at home and abroad.The second chapter discusses the natural geography and social historical background of Sanbu town in Kaiping,analyzes the origin of arcade building,and introduces the construction and development process and development motivation of modern arcade building in detail.The third chapter of this paper discusses the distribution of arcades in modern times in Sanbu town of Kaiping,as well as the spatial distribution and street scale of arcades.The fourth chapter of this paper analyzes the construction features,color and texture as well as aesthetic features of the modern arcade group facade in Sanbu town of Kaiping.The fifth chapter studies the architectural style,building materials and technology,the combination mode,the vertical composition and the design methods of each component of the arcade.The sixth chapter discusses the value and protection of modern arcade buildings in Sanbu town of Kaiping,and puts forward two protection objectives,three protection principles and specific protection suggestions for the opposite.The art value,cultural value,social value and emotional value of arcade building can not be ignored.The research on the facade of modern arcade building in Sanbu town of Kaiping is helpful to provide reference for urban planning,inspiration for architectural design,and practical basis for the protection and sustainable development of arcade building.
