Research On The Reconstruction Of Urban Disadvantaged Buildings Under The“Repair” Concept

With the gradual expansion of the city,the traditional location advantages,economic advantages,and political advantages of the old city zone of Hefei gradually dilute and dilute.However,the unique cultural heritage of the old city and the atmosphere of commerce and trade are still the city center where Hefei has not deviated.Vulnerable buildings in the old city and the complex and diverse characteristics of daily life they carry are a direct and timely manifestation of the city's inherent needs and a key factor affecting urban vitality.On the one hand,vulnerable buildings have rich historical relics and sociality,carrying cultural customs and living habits,and are an important link to maintain the neighborhood relationship of the community;on the other hand,disadvantaged buildings lack effective design and reasonable organization,and are facing deeply reforms.This article takes the current situation and existing problems of the disadvantaged buildings in the old city zone of Hefei as the research background.Through the previous literature research and preliminary understanding of the old city of Hefei,the definition of the basic meaning of the " disadvantaged buildings in the city" is defined and the types of their existence are carried out.Classification and induction from different angles.Combined with the investigation and survey of the distribution and application status of the " disadvantaged buildings" in the old city zone of Hefei,the current characteristics,spatial distribution laws and existing problems of the " disadvantaged buildings" in the old city of Hefei were analyzed,focusing on the trivial,real and ordinary daily life scenes.The interaction between different weak buildings and their built environment and human behavior.From the macro,meso,and micro levels,the strategy for the renovation and transformation of vulnerable buildings in the old city is expounded,emphasizing public participation and micro and gradual urban space intervention technologies.This is also the future development trend of urban space production.This article expands the concepts of existing architecture to integrate the concept of urban space and connect time,keenly observe,take seriously,and carefully study what is happening in the urban space,and provide a reference for the renewal work of the old city of Hefei.Figure [53] table [9] reference [91]...
