China's economy is facing an important transition period from high-speed growth to medium-high growth.The extensive economic growth mode featuring high input,high consumption and low output is rapidly being replaced by the economic growth mode featuring high quality,low pollution and high output.In this context,the prefabricated construction mode supported by BIM technology has become an important way to improve the construction efficiency,energy conservation and emission reduction,and improve the construction quality,as well as an important symbol of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.However,there are some outstanding problems in the practice of prefabricated buildings,which are mainly manifested in the low degree of collaborative design based on standardization and modularization,resulting in the low efficiency in the design,production,transportation and installation of prefabricated buildings,resulting in high cost.Can not give full play to the advantages of large-scale industrial production of assembly-type construction.Secondly,after the introduction of BIM technology into prefabricated buildings,the corresponding external implementation environment,i.e.,work process,has not been established.There is a lack of systematic method of process reengineering,so that the advantages of information integration and collaborative design of BIM technology platform cannot be fully utilized.Aiming at the prominent problems above,this paper puts forward a BIM technology applied in PC prefabricated construction execution plan overall framework,including the definition of BIM target,and identification of BIM applications,information exchange standard,BIM process design,as well as to ensure smooth implementation of the above plan will all kinds of supporting technology and the environment,so as to the implementation of the PC prefabricated construction project based on BIM provide a systematic method of process reengineering.Secondly,based on the "three center documents" including the preliminary design model,construction drawing design model and component audit model,the standardized,modular and collaborative design method based on BIM is developed to provide a reference value and operabletechnical solution for the application of BIM technology in PC prefabricated buildings.Finally,this paper takes the indemnificatory housing in Qingdao city as an example for empirical analysis,which verifies the feasibility of the standardized and modular collaborative design method proposed in this paper,which takes Revit and other BIM software platforms as the carrier.The empirical analysis results show that the application process modeling method and technical solution proposed in this paper can improve the project quality,reduce the implementation cost,shorten the project construction cycle and improve the project performance.
