Design And Research Of Electric Control Load System Of Flight Simulator

The control loading system is an operating force simulation under various conditions,the driver feeling system,is an important ind ispensable equipment in semi physical simulating experiment.The performance of the flight simulator determines the quality and fidelity of the flight simulator,and also directly affects the training results of the pilot.Therefore,the development of high performance,high fidelity control load system has became the key.According to the careful analysis of the domestic and foreign operation simulator composition and working principle of load system,whic presents the design principle of the simulator electric control loading system,construction of the DC torque motor as digital electric control loading system to perform loading device.In this paper,the electric control system is studied,and the mathematical model of the electric control system is established.Controlling performance of the system is improved by the combination of closed loop PID control,current loop control and excess torque compensation control.Through the simulation experiment,adding PID closed loop control and current loop contro l,the system reduces the overshoot,improves the tracking performance and speed of the system;b y using redundant torque compensation control,the system surplus torque decreased significantly,improved significantly.The actual control effect shows that the combined control of the compensation of the double ring and the surplus torque can effectively reduce the disturbance of the surplus torque and the control of the steady state error.The research can provide theoretical basis for the prototype of the load system of flight simulator.On the basis of theoretical research and analysis,the prototype of electric control system for light flight simulator is developed.Through the actual test and verification,the load control system can meet the requirements of simulator to the control system.
