Research On The Management Of Road Transportation Public Infrastructure In K City

The report of the 19th CPC National Congress clearly put forward the concept of"traffic power",and General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to "speed up the formation of a safe,convenient,efficient,green and economic comprehensive transportation system".In 2018,the development of regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta has become a national strategy,promoting a deeper reform from a higher starting point and a higher level of opening to the outside world,which requires K city to give full play to its transportation location advantages.After decades of construction,especially in the new century,the construction of K City's comprehensive transportation system has accelerated obviously,and has initially formed a three-dimensional transportation network,which has greatly improved the traffic appearance and supported the development of the city.However,with a view to the future urban development vision,compared with the development level of international advanced metropolis transportation,K city road transportation has more or less problems and shortcomings in facilities,operation and management,which restricts the development of urban economy and society to a higher level.Urban road is the most important part of urban transportation system,and it is the important infrastructure of urban social and economic development and residents' life.Urban road traffic public infrastructure as public goods and services,the maintenance of public interests must be its due meaning.This paper takes the public infrastructure of urban road traffic in K city as the research object,takes the public interest as the starting point,and is guided by the theory of public goods and the new public service theory.this paper analyzes the problems and causes existing in its management system,planning and construction and maintenance.Some suggestions are put forward in this paper:first,to strengthen public participation and build a service-oriented government;The second is to strengthen planning and improve supporting construction;the third is to strengthen maintenance,establish maintenance incentives and supervision;In order to gradually improve the quality of the city,save resources and give full play to the role of urban public infrastructure in promoting social and economic development,the paper hope to improve the planning,construction,management and maintenance of urban public infrastructure under the guidance of standardized and scientific management theory.The research results of this paper have important application value for K city road traffic public infrastructure management,and also provide useful reference for other areas of urban road traffic public infrastructure construction and management.
