In the rapid development of mobile Internet,mobile Internet marketing is the focus area of enterprises' future work,compared with traditional marketing,mobile Internet marketing coverage is broader,the user base is more targeted,and the actual cost of investment is lower.Mobile Internet marketing brings opportunities and challenges to the development of enterprises.At the same time,in the context of China's rapid economic growth,China's residents' consumption level and the quality of life requirements have been significantly improved,so there is a higher demand for housing decoration and personalized decoration products.In the process of the development of mobile Internet decoration market there are many problems,such as brand competition,pre-sales and limited after-sales service,because in order to further optimize the company's mobile Internet marketing strategy,in order to ensure the quality of decorative products on the basis of the need to continuously optimize the quality of services,improve mobile Internet marketing strategy,which has become the consensus of more and more decoration companies.This paper takes M decoration company as an example,using the theory combined with practice,through the study of the marketing status quo and problems of M decoration company,puts forward the problems of M decoration company's market positioning,single promotion means,limited marketing team and low level of personalized service satisfaction,on this basis analyzes the macro environment and micro environment of M decoration company,and uses STP strategy to segment the company's market.Select the target market and position the market.On this basis,M decoration company based on mobile Internet marketing strategy,WeChat platform marketing,today's headline marketing and sound marketing optimization,and mobile Internet brand,products,pricing,channels,promotion and service strategy to improve the optimization of countermeasures,and finally through the clear mobile Internet marketing connotation,training professionals,precision marketing and the establishment of mobile Internet marketing evaluation system four aspects of safeguard measures.The author hopes that the research results of this paper can be applied to the specific practice of the enterprise where he works,can promote the further development of mobile Internet marketing,in this case is conducive to enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises,in addition,at the macro level,I hope that the conclusion of this paper can provide the whole industry in mobile Internet marketing can provide some help and reference.
