The Risk Management Of The Security Monitoring In Science And Technology Museums

This paper is a study in the risk management of the security monitoring in Science and Technology Museums.It mainly focused on the construction and operational management based on the case of B Science Museum.According to the author's position responsibilities and work background,it introduced the project management and emphasis in the process of a construction project.It formed a process system of security monitoring from multi-vision,such as investigation,communication and training.The evaluation and classification of risks,the characteristics and difficulties of security monitoring are mentioned in the paper.The solutions and suggestions are provided and analyzed from the perspective of policy,technology,requirement,cooperation and management in the paper.This project is involved in dynamic management,loop management system,system security etc.The approaches used in the paper included field investigation,literature review,questionnaire method and experts' interview method.
