Study On Quality Management Of ±1100kV Guquan Converter Station Construction Project

The continuous development of power grid construction projects has positive significance for many aspects,further promoting social prosperity and the optimization of the corresponding market system,and providing a strong role in promoting economic development.In the national economy,the industry that plays a strong pillar role is the power grid construction,which can play a great role in alleviating the employment problem of rural labor,helping to optimize the economic structure and the relationship between urban and rural areas,solving some social conflicts,and promoting social stability.However,there is a close relationship between engineering project construction and its quality and applicability.In addition,it has a great relationship with the safety of people's life and property.To strengthen the control of the relevant process during its development can further guarantee the overall quality of the project,and then realize the quality management of the overall project.Based on the theory of project quality management,this paper analyzes the specific situation of ±1100k V Guquan converter station project.The main problems in this paper are as follows: background data,analysis methods,conclusions and the value of this research.After that,the basic theories and methods of project quality management are studied,and the ±1100k V Guquan converter station project is briefly described to explore the development of power grid.After that,based on the three aspects of the project quality management phase overview,objectives and the relevant elements that have an impact on it,this paper analyzes the corresponding quality management mode of this project,lists the corresponding solutions,and studies its contents.And then the quality management will be guaranteed and the control countermeasures will be put forward.At the end of the paper,the effectiveness probability is studied,through the analysis of this project,in order to play a reference role in the quality management of the enterprise converter station project.
