Research On Quality Management Of Expansion Project In Boluopu 220kV Converting Station

Since the reform and opening up, with the degree of mechanization of production rising and the continuous development of China's economy, the electric power industry has gradually become an important industry in supporting China's national economy. The development of the electric power industry has promoted the growth of our national economy and played an important role. In the power supply for the growing environment, the State Grid Corporation has also increased the construction of the circuit to transport power with a strong power system. However, due to huge investment in the construction of the power industry, the only way improving the quality of the power industry products or services are to bring benefits to the power companies, and provide protection for local economic development. As a result, the quality of the power industry has become more and more important, how to improve the quality of power engineering has become an important research topic.So in this context, for the actual situation in the Boluopu 220 k V converting station expansion project of the Yingkou, this paper combined with project management theory, system engineering theory, dynamic control theory and other related theories. Based on the data of research and three important analytical methods(theoretical and empirical analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, dynamic static binding analysis and the quality of the project management in-depth analysis), we analyze the demand, influencing factors and management problems. Then, we design a specific project quality management control program, include specific requirements and targets, control principle, and management concept. After that, in the implementation strategy section, we analyze system design, management processes and implementation measures. Research shows that project management should analyze the overall situation from the system point of view at first and we should do a good job of detailed planning. And then we focus on quality control in the construction process, strictly control each link and use modern quality management tools to coordinate the various participants, we will achieve the ultimate goal of quality and meet the expected requirements.The author suggests that in the actual project quality management process, we should pay attention to improve the quality control point design level, improve the rules, regulations, work procedures and the quality of consciousness. And then we reinforce quality management education, improve the ability of using modern management software. In the inspection and acceptance, we should increase the subcontractor construction program and quality management measures to review the intensity. Ultimately, we standardize the project and make real alleviation in Gaizhou and Dashiqiao area.
