At present,the research on fluid channel topology optimization design is still in the development stage.It is a hot research hotspot.Only a few scholars are engaged in this research.In the existing research,the flow field was solved and analyzed by programming.There are great limitations in solving the flow field.And it is difficult to model complex models.It is suitable for theoretical research,but it is still a little deficient in practical engineering application.To face the practical application,it is in line with the development trend to adopt mature commercial finite element software for fluid topology optimization.Based on LS-DYNA and MATLAB software,the fluid channel topology optimization system based on HCA method is established.It can explore the optimization method suitable for engineering application.Firstly,the foundation of fluid topology optimization is established through three steps.In the first step,the flow field analysis and calculation platform are established based on LS-DYNA software,and the accuracy is proved by comparing the results.The second step is to determine the theoretical basis for the establishment of a fluid topology optimization system,which is the hybrid cellular automata algorithm.The third step is to establish the interface between the LS-DYNA software and optimization program.The information exchanged between the fluid topology optimization program written by MATLAB and LS-DYNA software is realized.Secondly,the fluid channel topology optimization system is established in three steps.The first step is to establish a finite element model.The second step is to establish a K-file discretization and neighbor cell search system to realize the fast and automatic discretization of the finite element model.The third step is to establish a fluid channel topology optimization program by MATLAB based on HCA.It can dynamically update material parameters and change element properties(fluid elements or solid elements).Based on this,a fluid channel topology optimization system is established to realize the topology optimization design of the flow channel.The feasibility of the optimization system is verified by the optimization of the three-way flow channel.Finally,by adding local control rules,the defects of the previous optimization system are improved.The variable density interpolation model,which is widely used in existing research,has been applied to establish a fluid channel topology optimization model.To find the most suitable topology optimization program.The results of experiment and simulation show that the topology optimization result of SIMP with local control rules is better.It is more suitable for the optimization method from the fluid state to the solid state.To verify the optimization system,the topology optimization system is applied to four models of the right-angle elbow,double-flow pipe,T-tube,and convection shunt pipe.The results show that the topology optimization system established in this paper has good universality and practicability.In summary,the fluid channel topology optimization design is realized by combining optimization algorithm with finite element software.The operability and practicability of optimization design are greatly improved.It has a good prospect for engineering applications.
