Structure topology optimization technology can under the condition of a given load and constraints, find the optimize structure design of target material density distribution, to design the structure of the use of materials more economical, more reasonable distribution of force, resulting in remarkable economic benefits. Topology structure improvement can greatly improve the structure performance or reduce the structure weight, become a research focus at home and abroad in recent years. Topology optimization is the product of the creative concept design phase, although through the untiring efforts of the researchers, the research of this field has made great progress, but there are still some problems worth further discussing. The research object of this article is a continuum structure, respectively as basic theory and method of topology optimization, the influence of parameters in optimization and topology optimization criterion algorithm based on variable density method and density difference value function and so on to compare the in-depth research. The main research work in this paper is as follows:1. Use HyperWorks software on topology optimization in the process of optimization parameters on the optimization results, a detailed analysis of and research the influence of the general law of the optimization parameter for optimization results. Combined with the influence of the parameters, this paper discusses the numerical instability phenomenon occurring in a topology optimization.2.Through the project example, the topology optimization of structure under different working conditions for optimization results, the influence of different working conditions, a detailed analysis and by comparing the topology optimization results under the different material, another way to verify the lightweight, lightweight materials.3. In the study of three kinds of engineering application more material density interpolation model:SIMP, RAMP, Sigmoid. According to density, on the basis of interpolation theory and topology optimization criterion, based on SIMP and Sigmoid function, creating a S-S density difference value function, the corresponding mathematical formula is deduced, through typical examples verify the feasibility of the S-S method and effectiveness.
