Study On Landscape Planning And Design Of Citizen Center In Jiangnan Area

At present,as the forefront of economic opening up,Jiangnan area in China has set off a wave of urban administrative center transformation and upgrading,administrative center transfer and new construction,and the construction of Citizen Center in New District.However,in some areas,the openness of the civic center landscape is insufficient,and there are some problems such as too large scale,lack of regional culture for the pursuit of uniqueness,and its landscape design fails to meet the needs of citizens' communication and activities,and has not fully played its economic and cultural benefits in the landscape.In this paper,domestic and foreign Civic Center Landscape Planning and design theory and related cases as the research basis,to explore the Jiangnan Civic Center Landscape Planning and design problems,summed up its design points and design methods,and developed a set of civic center landscape design methods that meet the requirements of the current era.First of all,according to the historical development and excellent cases of domestic and foreign Civic Center Landscape Planning and design,and focusing on the Hangzhou Civic Center,Shenzhen Civic Center Landscape literature survey and field research,summed up the current situation of the planning and design of Civic Center in Jiangnan area,according to the landscape sustainability theory,landscape ecology theory,sponge city theory Secondly,it summarizes the influencing factors,design principles and core design points in the landscape planning and design of Citizen Center in Jiangnan area;finally,through the overview and scheme design of Jiashan citizen center landscape planning and design project,analyzes the scheme design process of the project,and verifies the feasibility of the theory and method of landscape planning and design of Citizen Center in Jiangnan area.At present,there are some excellent landscape design cases such as Hangzhou citizen center in Jiangnan area of China,which has an important effect on giving play to the political concept of people-oriented landscape of citizen center.However,it is only a case in the first and second tier cities.There is still a certain distance between the popularization of the political concept of "opening up,sharing and service" in Jiangnan area In the process of practice,this paper summarizes that the landscape design of the civic center should be based on the relevant concepts and theories of regionalism,people-oriented,openness,sharing and sustainable development,and through the guidance of the corresponding design methods,summarizes the design methods of the Civic Center Landscape in line with the spirit of the times and the modern political concept;and carries on the practice of the landscape planning and design of Jiashan citizen center,Based on the theory and method of landscape planning and design of Citizen Center in Jiangnan area,Jiashan's regional cultural exhibition portal in the Yangtze River Delta is created.
