| Under the new situation,facing the rapid development of the economy and the transformation and upgrading of the industry,all walks of life are facing new challenges and new development opportunities.The quality of talents,as a breakthrough point of economic transformation,has been paid attention to first and set off the reform trend of engineering education.In the wave of engineering Education reform,the concept of OBE first appeared in the western higher Education.With its continuous development,it is considered as the right direction of pursuing excellent Education.In order to cope with the speed-up of the new industrial revolution,the engineering education in China puts forward the Construction Clarion of " Emerging Engineering".However,in the reform of engineering education in our country,the existing evaluation system has a single evaluation method,most of them adopt the theory of achievement,or on the basis of the theory of achievement,the research results are evaluated independently without establishing a comprehensive evaluation system,or The evaluation of the lack of multi-agent participation,data sources are not enough and so on.Therefore,this paper puts forward the method of comprehensive evaluation,which considers and analyzes each index factor of talent cultivation quality,and transforms the qualitative evaluation into the quantitative evaluation.The major findings of the study are as follows:(1)This paper studies the relationship between the OBE concept and the Emerging Engineering discipline,and lays a theoretical foundation for the full-text research framework.In view of the educational concept OBE and the Emerging Engineering proposed at home and abroad in the engineering education reform,after putting forward the background similarity,orientating the substantial equivalence of the talent training goal,the substantial equivalence of the ability requirement,and the substantial equivalence of the construction of the talent training mode,it is concluded that the Emerging Engineering is not the "copy" and "imitation" of the OBE mechanism,but the "integration" and "penetration" of the concept,which is a educational concept with Chinese characteristics and in line with China’s national conditions.(2)Based on the grounded theory,this paper studies the components of Emerging Engineering talents’ ability to meet the needs of the transformation and upgrading of theconstruction industry.According to the needs of Emerging Engineering talents,the collected information data are coded at the first,second and third levels with the research method of grounded theory,and then the data are summarized,the formed features and the conceptualization of the data are organized,therefore,the theory of "the composition of Emerging Engineering talents’ ability elements of civil engineering major in local universities to meet the needs of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry" is constructed.To analyze the demand of talent ability by the elements of talent ability,and then to set the training target of new engineering talents.(3)Studied the evaluation of Emerging Engineering talent training quality based on the comprehensive evaluation method of mould and mould.Through the multi-stakeholder,multi-investigation and research methods(questionnaire survey,interview)to the Emerging Engineering talent training quality internal and external evaluation,to establish an external evaluation models for the Emerging Engineering talent training goal,graduation requirement and course system rationality is established,internal evaluation models of Emerging Engineering talent training objectives,the achievement of graduation requirements,and the achievement of comprehensive quality,forming the internal and external evaluation mechanism of the quality of personnel training based on the mould and comprehensive evaluation. |
