Research On The Equalization Of Service Quality Of Medical Facilities In Songzi City

With the development of economy and society and the improvement of living standard,people pay more and more attention to physical health.As a public service closely related to people's health level,public medical service has received more and more attention.As the main provider of medical services,the quality of medical services provided by medical service facilities is closely related to people's health level,social stability and harmony.There is a big gap in the quality of medical facilities service between urban and rural areas,rural residents can not enjoy the same level of medical services as urban residents,and the contradiction between the supply and demand of medical services in rural areas is more prominent.With the gradual improvement of traffic conditions,the impact of traffic accessibility on Farmers'medical preference is gradually reduced,and residents pay more attention to the service quality of medical facilities;the level of equalization is related to social equity and justice,as well as happiness and sense of gain of every resident;the research on the service quality of medical facilities in rural areas is still blank,and the research on the service quality of medical facilities in rural areas needs to be carried out urgently.Songzi,as a typical county unit in the transition from Jianghan plain to Mountainous area in Western Hubei,has the representativeness and universality of the service quality of rural medical facilities.This study takes Songzi City as the research object,following the logic line of research basis----anatomy present situation----evaluation level----analysis reason----solving problem.Specifically,the following work was carried out:through literature reading,online search,field research and other methods to collect relevant data on the quality of medical facilities in Songzi City,and establish spatial and attribute databases;from the perspective of the demand side and the supply side of medical services,this paper analyzes the current situation of medical services in Songzi City;the service quality of medical facilities in Songzi City was evaluated based on the indicators of medical accessibility,medical facilities supply,medical satisfaction,population,settlement,economic development,etc;using various models to measure the equalization level of medical facility service quality in Songzi City;based on the service quality of medical facilities in towns,the service quality of medical facilities in Songzi City was classified;from the aspects of economic and social development,resource supply,residents' behavior and public policy,this paper analyzes the formation mechanism of spatial distribution pattern of medical facility service quality in Songzi City;Combined with the relevant policies,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the improvement and equalization of the service quality of medical facilities in Songzi City.Research shows:(1)The spatial distribution of service quality of medical facilities in Songzi City is seriously uneven.The gap between Xinjiangkou town and other towns is too large,and the level of equalization is low.The towns in the areas with low service quality of medical facilities account for a relatively high proportion,reaching 68.75%.Songzi City is facing the problem of low overall service quality of medical facilities.(2)Economic and social development and resource supply are the main reasons to form the spatial distribution pattern of medical facility service quality in Songzi City.(3)To improve the service quality and equalization level of medical facilities in Songzi City,we should improve the comprehensive quality of medical staff,increase financial investment,improve the medical insurance system,improve the ability to deal with public health emergencies,and narrow the development gap between towns and villages.
