Research On The Operating Mechanism Of Industrial District Service Facilities Under The Background Of City-industry Integration

As the background of the development of current industrial district,‘City-Industry Integration' with high quality would make a profound impact on the upgrading and transformation of the industrial district,.The quality of ‘City-Industry Integration' directly depends on whether the district can form a complete industrial chain and provide abundant,perfect,high-quality facilities.However,while the area has good facilities,it also brings about many problems such as the increase in the cost of production factors in the industrial park.Therefore,this paper selects Huaqiangbei as an analysis case,and tries to analyze the practical problems that is mainly about how the facilities achieve lower cost space for industrial incubation and development under the environment of higher cost.Based on the theory and the existing research of the City-Industry Integration and the facilities,this paper summarizes the spatial characteristics of the City-Industry Integration firstly,and then extracts the derivative elements and spatial flexibility policies of the supporting facilities in the context of it,including the spatial proximity of supporting facilities,the diversity of supporting facilities,the new organizational relationship of supporting facilities and the specific learning and innovation environment etc?According to this,the paper establishes the research framework.On this basis,a series of surveys such as field research,questionnaire survey,person interviews and mobile phone signaling data collection were carried out in Huaqiangbei area.Related to the supporting documents,the characters and the mechanism of the supporting facilities in Huaqiangbei are provided.The research shows that Huaqiangbei's operation mechanism of supporting facilities is essentially a shared,flexible and variable operation mechanism.Sharing and improving the efficiency of supporting facilities and reducing the cost of labor space,flexibility and change ensure that the supporting and industrial needs are upgraded and matched simultaneously.The impact of high-quality City-Industry Integration is derived from the characteristics of supporting facilities,such as the spatial proximity of supporting facilities;the diversity of supporting facilities;the new organizational relationship of supporting facilities and the specific learning and innovation environment.These spatial traits interact to form a shared operational mechanism for supporting facilities.First of all,shared facilities for multiple users(facility sharing).Secondly,supporting facilities for customers sharing customers,composite services(human sharing).Then,the providers of the facilities share space with the user(spatial sharing).Besides,the innovative crowd information exchange learning sharing(information sharing).What's more,the flexible space policy also ensures the formation of a flexible and variable operating mechanism for supporting facilities.The supporting facilities can be upgraded with the upgrading of the industry to provide supporting services,and then form a matching relationship with the industry.The above-mentioned derivative elements are combined with flexible spatial policies to achieve “sharing” of various elements such as facilities,users,and information;and also improve the adaptability of supporting facilities in industrial district,thereby achieving high efficiency and low cost.Industrial environment.In addition,it also proves that the low-cost and high-capacity supporting mode under the City-Industry Integration mode has a positive influence on the development of industrial district with small and medium-sized enterprises as the mainstay.The paper is mainly divided into six parts.The first part is the origin of the selected topics,the objectives of the research and the definition of related concepts.The second part combs the relevant theories and the existing research of industrial district,supporting facilities and ‘City-Industry Integration.Then Through the relevant practical cases of ‘City-Industry Integration',the relationship between City-Industry Integration,industrial park and the supporting facilities was discussed.Besides,based on the theory and existing research of the ‘City-Industry Integration' and the supporting facilities,this paper establishes the research framework of the operational mechanism of Huaqiangbei's supporting facilities.The fourth part analyzes the data obtained through the field research then analyzes the characteristics of Huaqiangbei's supporting facilities.On the basis of the above discussion and investigation,the fifth part use some examples of Huaqiangbei to explain the question that how the mechanism of the supporting facilities provides a lower cost space for industrial incubation and development under the higher cost environment.At last,the sixth part is the conclusion and discussion of the paper.
