With the rapid development of modern logistics industry and multimodal transport,the operation of water and rail combined transportation as a form of multimodal transport has also developed.Compared with other modes of intermodal transportation,water and rail combined transportation has great advantages such as more convenient,faster and economical.It is gradually accepted by people.To vigorously develop the water-rail combined transportation mode,we must first develop the water-rail combined transportation terminal,which serves as a connection point for water-rail combined transportation,effectively connecting waterway transportation with railway transportation seamlessly,and playing a vital role.The optimization of the wharf loading and unloading process plan and the research on the number and configuration of the loading and unloading equipment are of great practical significance.This article makes an in-depth analysis of basic theories related to water-rail combined transportation,and systematically classifies and sorts out the research perspectives and research methods used in this field.The classification of water-rail intermodal cargo is mainly divided into bulk cargo ro-ro cargo and container cargo.The three kinds of cargo reloading methods are analyzed and explained in detail.This article combines the comparative analysis of water-rail intermodal cargo and mainly introduces the container Cargo replacement program and equipment quantity configuration.The specific content will be studied through the following aspects.(1)This article analyzes and explains the water-rail intermodal cargo from three aspects of bulk cargo,ro-ro cargo and container cargo;and changes the bulk cargo,ro-ro cargo and container cargo from the reloading mode and reloading respectively The operation process and the factors affecting the refitting operation are analyzed and explained in detail.(2)In light of the research objectives of the thesis,the composition,related parameters and advantages and disadvantages of the relevant loading and unloading equipment of the water-rail intermodal terminal are introduced.These loading and unloading equipment are combined with each other to constitute the loading and unloading process,and the operation process and advantages of these loading and unloading processes are introduced.Disadvantages,qualitative and quantitative analysis of the loading and unloading process,and then use the catastrophe series method produced by the combination of catastrophe theory and fuzzy mathematics to optimize the process scheme of water-rail combined transportation.(3)Through the analysis of the influencing factors of the number of port equipment configuration and the relevant standards,the port berth passing capacity is determined,and the port berth and the number of loading and unloading bridges are calculated using the berth passing capacity;then the loading and unloading capacity of the yard area is calculated Then,the capacity of the yard area is used to calculate the number of equipment in the yard area,and finally the horizontal transportation equipment is calculated,and the relevant verification is carried out through the example of Zhengpu Port.
