Research On Compilation Method Of Thematic Overall Urban Design

Under the background of new urbanization,the importance of urban design is highlighted.Overall urban design is an important means to shape the city’s style and highlight the city’s characteristics.It can effectively solve the problem of "one side of a thousand cities" and lack of characteristics in the current city.As a general planning topic,the overall urban design is more closely related to the statutory planning system,its objectives and requirements are more targeted,and its practicability and operability are stronger.It is one of the important methods to solve urban problems.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to discuss the compilation and implementation methods of thematic overall urban design.This paper analyses the current situation and existing problems of the practice of general urban design in China,summarizes the relevant theoretical research and practical cases,and summarizes the characteristics,ideas and related technical methods of the compilation of thematic general urban design.Then,on the basis of theoretical research,the overall framework of thematic overall urban design is built,and the control elements,main contents,forms of achievements and specific implementation paths of thematic overall urban design are put forward.On the basis of the above theoretical research,this paper makes an empirical study on the overall urban design of Nanchang County.Aiming at the problems of poor style and inconspicuous characteristics in the central urban area of Nanchang County,combined with the specific situation of the city,the urban style is controlled and guided from the three levels of "micro-meso-macro",with a view to improving the quality of the city,highlighting the urban characteristics,and playing a certain reference role in similar practice and research in the future.
