The main control room of the shield machine is the main control place during the tunneling.The tunneling operation is mainly performed by the driver in the main control room,and the tunneling operation is a complex operation.Therefore,the degree of matching between the driver and the main control room directly affects Driving efficiency and quality.So,how to optimize the ergonomic design of the work space and display interface of the main control room,so that the driver can complete the driving operation efficiently and accurately,this has become a more urgent research topic in the field of shield tunneling.Therefore,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the main control room of a subway shield machine with the support of the Natural Science Fund of Liaoning Province.Based on the attention distribution model,the research on the optimization of the explicit control interface is carried out.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of unreasonable space design of the shield main control room,using ergonomic theories such as upper limb reachability and visual field characteristics,combined with the size of the Chinese human body,the ergonomic design of the shield main control room space layout and other related equipment,And established a three-dimensional model of the space layout after improved design;considering the actual operability of the driver in the main control room,combined with Jack simulation software to perform ergonomic analysis of the driver’s accessibility,visibility,and comfort to ensure the design of the size space Rationality.(2)For the problem that the driver’s information acquisition is slow due to the unreasonable layout of the parameter information on the display interface of the shield main control room and the low degree of recognition of important information,consider the importance of the information,the driver’s attention level,and the area occupied by the information.Factors,establish an optimization model of display interface layout based on attention allocation,and determine the attention level of the parameter information module;on this basis,for the problem of solving the information layout in the optimization model,this paper proposes a hybrid intelligence of artificial fish swarm and particle swarm The algorithm’s model solution method determines the optimization plan of the interface information layout.Finally,the eye movement data of the driver is analyzed through eye movement experiments to verify the effectiveness and rationality of the interface information layout scheme.(3)In view of the multi-level and multi-attribute problems of the evaluation factors of the explicit control interface of the shield main control room,establish a comprehensive evaluation index system of the explicit control interface of the shield main control room based on matching goodness;consider the inconsistent weight distribution of the subjective and objective evaluation indexes In order to solve the problem,a method of order relationship is used to determine the weight of subjective indicators,the method of difference-driven principle to determine the weight of objective indicators,and the weight distribution of the bottom evaluation indicators are determined.Finally,for the problem of uncertain comprehensive evaluation information in the display control interface,a method based on The comprehensive evaluation model of explicit control interface of interval gray number clustering method realizes the comprehensive matching goodness evaluation of the explicit control interface of the main control room.The thesis studies the size and space design and display interface optimization process of the shield main control room from the perspective of ergonomics.Simulation and experimental studies are conducted on the ergonomic analysis and interface optimization of the shield driver during the tunneling operation.The comprehensive evaluation results show that the matching is excellent The degree value is high,the driver and the shield machine main control room have good adaptability,the spatial layout design method,the display interface information optimization,and the comprehensive evaluation method of the main control room all provide a certain reference for the design of the shield control room.
